Weyt Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and DALVIK d.o.o. (“Dalvik”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing Weyt — Weight Log Tracker (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Weyt, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. Weyt is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor where you live, you may use Weyt only with permission from a parent or legal guardian and where local law permits it. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor’s use of the App.

3. Your account

Weyt uses Google sign-in to identify your account and synchronize supported data. You are responsible for protecting your device and Google account, for activity under your account, and for keeping account information accurate. Do not share access or attempt to use another person’s account without permission.

You may delete your Weyt account using the Delete account command in the App. For information about what deletion covers and how to request deletion without the App, see our account and data deletion page.

4. Limited license

Subject to these Terms, Dalvik grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use Weyt on compatible devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with Google Play’s rules.

Dalvik and its licensors retain all rights in the App, including its software, interface, graphics, trademarks, and other content, except for content you provide. No rights are granted except those stated expressly in these Terms.

5. Health and wellness disclaimer

Measurements, charts, goals, body-fat values, and other calculations may be incomplete, estimated, or affected by the information you enter. Do not rely on Weyt to make medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns, weight changes, nutrition, exercise, or treatment. Never delay professional care because of information displayed in the App.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use Weyt and for ensuring that any diet, exercise, or weight-management activity is appropriate for you.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of measurements, notes, photos, and other content you add to Weyt. You give Dalvik a limited permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, synchronize, secure, and support the App. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup periods and legal retention requirements.

You are responsible for your content and must have the right to upload it. Do not upload unlawful content or photos or information belonging to another person without their permission. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and lifetime purchases

Google Play billing

Weyt may offer subscriptions and a one-time lifetime entitlement (“Weyt Pro”). Available products, prices, billing periods, trials, and included features are shown in the App before purchase. Payments are charged by Google Play using the payment method connected to your Google account. Dalvik does not directly process your payment-card information.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through Google Play before the next renewal. Deleting Weyt or your Weyt account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, unless Google Play states otherwise.

Lifetime entitlement

A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-transferable entitlement associated with the purchasing account. “Lifetime” refers to access for the supported lifetime of the App and does not guarantee that every current feature, operating system, or third-party service will remain available forever.

Trials, price changes, and refunds

Trial terms, if offered, are displayed before enrollment. We may change prices or paid features prospectively, subject to notice and Google Play requirements. Billing disputes and refund requests are handled under Google Play’s policies and any mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.

RevenueCat helps Weyt verify purchases and restore entitlements across supported devices. Purchase validation may require an internet connection.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Weyt unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person’s rights;
• interfere with, damage, overload, or bypass the App’s security or access controls;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, or redistribute the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use automated means to probe, scrape, or access the App or its services; or
• introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

9. Availability and changes to the App

We work to keep Weyt reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Internet access, compatible hardware, Google services, Firebase, RevenueCat, or other third-party systems may be required for some features.

We may update, add, remove, or change features to improve Weyt, respond to security issues, comply with law, or adapt to platform requirements. We may discontinue the App or a feature after reasonable notice where practical. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Weyt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or misuse the App. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law—will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weyt is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that measurements, calculations, synchronization, charts, or third-party services will always be accurate, complete, available, or suitable for a particular purpose. You should keep any independent backup you consider necessary.

These disclaimers do not exclude guarantees, warranties, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dalvik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or losses caused by reliance on health or wellness information in Weyt. Dalvik’s total liability relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Weyt during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or €50.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Croatia will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you retain the mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Weyt, our business, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice through the App where appropriate. Continuing to use Weyt after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
